Terms & Conditions
We like to keep things simple. By booking a Deadwives Club event, you agree to the following terms.
Event Bookings
Tickets for The Deadwives Club events are booked and paid for through Eventbrite. Your booking is subject to Eventbrite’s own terms and conditions in addition to the terms below.
Your place is confirmed once your booking has been successfully completed through Eventbrite.
Refunds & Cancellations
We understand that plans change.
Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. After this point, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by The Deadwives Club.
Where applicable, refunds should be requested through Eventbrite and will be processed using the original payment method.
If The Deadwives Club has to cancel an event, ticket holders will be contacted using the details provided when booking and a refund will be arranged.
Event Changes
Occasionally, we may need to make changes to an event, such as the venue, timings, creative activity or other details. We’ll always try to give attendees as much notice as reasonably possible if a significant change is required.
Audiobooks & Creative Activities
Each Deadwives Club session may include access to an audiobook and a creative activity. The exact content, materials and format may vary between events and will be described on the relevant event listing.
Unless stated otherwise, all materials required for the advertised creative activity will be provided.
Accessibility & Individual Requirements
We want our events to feel welcoming and comfortable. If you have an accessibility requirement or anything else you’d like us to know before attending, please get in touch before the event and we’ll do our best to help.
Behaviour at Events
The Deadwives Club is intended to be a relaxed, welcoming and respectful space. We ask everyone attending to be considerate of other guests, staff and venues.
We reserve the right to ask someone to leave an event if their behaviour is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory or makes others feel unsafe.
Photography
We may occasionally take photographs or short videos at events for The Deadwives Club website and social media.
We’ll let attendees know when photography is taking place, and you can tell us if you would prefer not to be photographed.
Personal Belongings
Please look after your belongings during an event. The Deadwives Club cannot accept responsibility for personal items that are lost, stolen or damaged, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
